A Silly Night
Quick Disclaimer
Well as far as I remember, I composed this poem when I was in 5th or 6th grade, lol. Finally got the opportunity of sharing it. So, I have just corrected a little punctuation here are there and purposely left out some things to let the essence of the poem remain unchanged. Alright then, get ready to experience something silly, funny and maybe meaningful....

There's a light at that height

but I have to write

a poem of a man walking at night.

He was not feeling well because of his fright

from a ghost in his sight

but I have to write and write.

He was going to a flight

with all his might

but he would have to fight with his fright

if he would not..........

the fear won’t be right

but I have to write and write.

While the man was walking

he saw something shaking.

Oh! It was a snake and not a fake,

the snake was very big like a pig

and the man thought he also can't fight.

So, he needed a place to hide

but I have to write and write.

The night was dark

and the man started running towards a park

for searching a place to hide

and he also knew

that he was late for the flight

but I have to write and write.

The man was not able to find a place to hide

and he started running towards his flight.

After some time he got tired

and thought to take a ride.

He saw a motorcycle sparkling at the parking,

so he started the motorcycle

and boomed towards the flight

but I have to write and write.

The man reached the airport

with pride and fright.

He came down from the motorcycle

and ran towards the flight.

When he reached there, the flight was gone

but his pride was on.

He learned that if you will fright

it would not be right.

So, this was the ending of my poem

of fright and a silly night.
